NASA’s Europa Clipper mission, set for launch in 2024, aims to investigate Jupiter’s moon Europa as a prime candidate for extraterrestrial life, despite its intense radiation environment. Clipper will perform 49 flybys, avoiding prolonged radiation exposure by orbiting Jupiter instead of Europa directly.
